Too often we have difficulty finding the courage and proper wording to express our needs, thoughts, and desires. It affects our relationships with family, friends, and co-workers, and can negatively affect our health and happiness. This program will help you explore the means to understand and change these thoughts and behaviors holding you back from your best life.

Our program, Assertiveness and Self-Confidence Awareness, runs November 27 through January 15, 2018 on Mondays from 1:30-3pm or Thursdays from 1:30-3pm. Register Now
